Climate triggering alarm?

This just started happening to me on my 2018 M3P. Every time I turn the HVAC on from my phone the alarm goes off. I keep nothing in my car, so nothing is blowing around and there are no flies in my car. Does anyone have a fix for it, it is driving me crazy?

This has been happening to me at work with my 2018 M3. I noticed that if I tried to vent and turn on climate control remotely, occasionally, I'll get an alert that my sentry alarm was triggered. Today, I left my climate on with manual fans blowing at level 2 (very low) and all windows closed any my alarm kept going off. My phone was silent and when I saw the notifications later, I went outside and saw a security guard telling me my alarm keeps going off, over and over again by itself.

This has been very annoying and embarrasing.
