Close look at the Chinese 19” Performance Aeros

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Zhangwen the China social media sensation at a club dinner the night before the Model Y release festivities. Zhangwen is the top referrer in the 3 Kingdoms!

He was kind enough to share photos of his gorgeous Model 3 with the performance wheels.

While I did see pictures of the aero covers off I don’t have them. My personal opinion is the the 19’s look sharper with covers on.

Thanks for the pics. I think I like the 18 aero covers better now. The large silver plastic area on these make them look more like normal hub caps. Would be nicer all matte gunmetal imo.

I like the shape but the color is a little flat for my tastes.

Forgot to ask for that picture but not remarkable. Not as good as the 18” wheels with the aero cover off.

Covers on all the way for the 19 inch aeros.

I would like to see these wheels and covers available at Service Centers in Europe and US too. They would be perfect winter wheels for Model 3 Performance since they are probably on par with 18" Aeros in energy efficiency.

Model 3 AWD (with Aeros?) has 590 km range in Chinese standard and Model 3 Performance has 595 km with these wheels. Of course this is dependent on tyres too.
