Closing door

I just took delivery of my model s and realized that it takes quite a bit of force to close the doors compared to my model 3. Is this normal? The doors feel heavier, but I find myself almost slamming the door shut to make sure the door is closed.

I just took delivery of my model s and realized that it takes quite a bit of force to close the doors compared to my model 3. Is this normal? The doors feel heavier, but I find myself almost slamming the door shut to make sure the door is closed.

Mine was the same way when I picked it up. After opening and closing the doors for about a month they seemed to take less effort to close.
