I’ve had the issues with my legs being cold in the Model Y. I got the service team to fix it, but it came back after an update.
It all seemed to be random until today. I noticed when my kid sat in the back, my legs would get cold…

Her sitting in the back triggers the air vents for the back seats, which means air directed to the front lowers considerably and then the air direction issues appear. If I turn off the rear vent, the air returns to my face and not my legs. I’m guessing there isn’t enough air going through for it to work properly on low fan settings.
Would be interesting to hear if others come to the same conclusion.
