Collision Warning and Avoidance

I've seen a lot of vidoes on YouTube showing that Tesla could do sudden shift, brake or even accelerate on its own to avoid collision, which is pretty mind blowing. Is this a standard feature on Model Y? I've seen video where Tesla actually moved forward on its own to avoid fender bender from behind, of shift to adjacent lane on its own if it detects collision, which are super cool, but just curious if this is something that my 2022 Model Y has? Do i need FSD to get it? And also, do other car makers, like Mach E or Ionia 5, offer similar systems? If they do not then I think this is one of the most under advertised features of Tesla. Thanks.
