Conductor Export Limit CT Placement

I have questions regarding this Conductor Export Limit or the PCS in TESLA backup gateway. Does anyone know where does the CT's be clamp or place? Thank you.

The CTs (current transformers) used to measure the current flow in the electrical system are usually clamped around the main electrical conductors. In the TESLA backup gateway, the CTs are likely clamped around the conductors between the utility meter and the main electrical panel of the building, in order to monitor the power consumption and export limits.

For the export control function, the CT's are to be placed along the conductor to be monitored and limited.
