Crazy Collision Cost Concern

So, we backed into another car at 5mph. Original estimate from insurance appraiser was $6k. Took it to Tesla approved collision center. They open it up, revised estimate is, get this, $20k. Do I have any options here?
The insurance adjuster replied "Hidden damage under the bumper" and "To match the red three stage paint . I would speak to your certified Tesla repair center and they can explain the repair processes that Tesla requires to restore your vehicle to pre loss condition."

Thanks for the guidance, hadn't thought of that. They said "wow, you caught us. We have no explanation for the 300% increase. We'll immediately roll that back and your car will still be good as new."
