Have anyone returned more than two products at the same time from Tesla official store? They only sent me one return label for multiple products.

I ordered a trunk container bin, left side bin fits perfectly, but the right side bin doesn’t fit at all. Is there a different size for new model y?

The other product I want to return is the floor mat, I accidentally placed two units. They sent me two units of center tray instead. I sent an email to their customer server last week, but still haven’t received any feedback. So I decide to try return option. They sent me one return label with the bin in the descriptions, but not the mat.

You need to return only what the label says it is for. People have had a problem when combining multiple returns in one box.

Thanks. I will only return what is on the box. However, do you know who I can contact for the mat? The email seems to take very long time.

There are two different sets of bins based on the carpeting of your vehicle:

I don't know of any way other than email to communicate with them.
