I heard from a reliable source that Tesla was looking to do more collision and paint work on its own in Dallas.
A couple things back that up. I was there getting service and stopped at the Burger King on Mockingbird. Behind Burger King the parking lot was filled with about 50 brand new Tesla's awaiting delivery.
That particular space was owned previously by "Caliber Collision" which did collision repairs. The building is now empty.
Today, I find a TDLR report (which I do awaiting a more Texas superchargers.)
It looks like Tesla now owns the collision repair building, and is doing minor renovations if it is only $95k.
So will Tesla now have a North Texas full collision, body, and repair business soon?
