Last winter I had this noise and now it’s back again this winter. It sounds like it’s behind the smaller dash screen in my 2013 Model S. Subtle clicking. Doesn’t go away when I turn off the heat. Only goes off if I manually turn the vehicle power off of course. Tried to post a video, but the page says it’s not a supported extension. iPhone... lol.
