Dashboard freezing problem

My dash screen is freezing and reloading 2/3 times in 5 min. Try to reboot many times. Anyone know such problem?

Do a hard reboot(power off from center console ) ..also if u don’t mind posting what Firmware u are on

Just update. Supposed that it was because of old Firmware. But with new it makes freeze and rebooting even often

I would try the power off from center console ..not sure if u did individual reboot of screens as well

Yes. I do individual reboot for both of them. Now go to reboot from central then write the results... Hope it will help...

Looks like a hardware (GPU) failure. I suggest contacting Tesla. They might replace your MCU.

Another thing to check, is the browser on any weird site? We’ve seen that cause issues. Of course if nothing has changed...

Thanks a lot gues. Make Power off and close ABetterroadplanner in browser ... make 20 km to closest supermarket and back. NO blinks NO white screen NO reboot. Tomorrow planes trip >300 km. Let’s see. Just in case it happens again will write to all report.

Unfortunately the problem remained. Apparently all the same died MCU. 200 km all was normal. Then it started again. stopped once more. For 5 minutes, turned off all power and double reset the buttons with the steering wheel.
