Dashboard mat/cover

Does anyone have any suggestions on a dashboard mat? Ive been looking around and have seen some, but reviews are very mixed which is expected. Wanted to see if anyone here has purchased any and had any issues with glares.

What is the purpose? I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on the dash to keep it UV protected.
