dashboard show red car and an air suspension warning

I just bought a 2018 x and I'm seeing an air suspension warning and a red car icon on the dashboard. This has come on a few times and I'm wondering if a difference in tire pressure may have anything to do with it. The car seems level in our driveway as well as when we're on the road. Any help understanding this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

That icon and the warning message are related to a problem in the suspension, nothing to do with tire pressure.

It is probably going to be a software issue. I have had the same problem intermittently since I’ve owned the vehicle. I have been told it has to do with a poor design choice in the CAN bus that the air suspension communicates over with the communication suffering from excessive package collisions. I have cleared the error by changing the jack mode settings and rebooting.
