I took delivery of my Model Y last Monday and I waited the 7-10 days for the Registration Packet from Tesla. It never came. So, I called my representative who told me he would get back to me. Then he calls me to let me know that he emailed me a tracking number. Seriously!!! I had to call them so they could do their job!! I've had this car sitting in my garage while I'm twiddling my thumbs trying to be patient. Is this the beginning of future frustrations with Tesla Service? This was just one of a handful of issues with the purchasing process.
