I couldn’t quite find the answer on here. I’m trading in my Prius, and am getting a home delivery via a 3rd party carrier Tesla uses for my Model Y from Paramus to my home in Maine. It’s coming next week (just arrived in Paramus last night), and I just received my trade-in paperwork this evening. I’m a bit confused. The paperwork asks for the title and all the signatures, and includes a return label for Paramus. But in the paperwork it mentions an address in Illinois. Finally, seems bizarre to mail my title in before receiving my car - wouldn’t we exchange upon delivery? But I know since it’s not a Tesla employee driving this truck and picking up the Prius, maybe that’s why? Anyone have any clarity on this situation?
