I own a Capital Culinarian. 23 btu open burners and one simmer/small pot 8k btu burner. The simmer burner was added recently and does not show up in the spec sheet on store websites.

Capital Connoisseurian is dual fuel. 25k btu open burners and 8k btu simmer/small pot burner.
