I want to review an unexpected "endoresment" on my Tesla insurance policy. For whatever reason I am unable to open any of the documents under the insurance tab on my IOS app. Returns a "failed" response. I would like to be able to access the insurance documents on a notebook (Macbook in this case) but there doesn't seem to be an option to do that from the Tesla account accessible from the web and I can't find any way to download the Tesla App itself to my notebook.
Any ideas? Help!
