Sounds like you are getting solar and it is charging the battery, while also powering the house as needed. The rate of charging would certainly be affected by how much solar is being generated, and in a case of having 10 panels (as you mentioned) and factoring in weather, positioning of the sun, positioning of the panels, etc. it's certainly possible that not as much solar is getting generated and therefore not as much is going to charge the powerwall after some of that also gets used to go to the house.
