I don’t know about the USA but they serve the EU so they will have to provide a way for you to exercise your right to be forgotten.

I emailed Tesla, but there's no response. Do you know the telephone number I should contact in Europe (the only phone numbers I found are Tesla Sales and Tesla Roadside Assistance)

Well yes you can. There's a topic on Tesla Account Support that refers you to the app but the app redirects to the web again so in order to save y'all some time just make sure you're logged in and then go to this URL:
