It's pretty basically-designed part, and it's definitely broken off of something. See the 'arms' of the PCB.

Datamatrix code says P1097455-01-B:Rev01:S0617IF0073304

I searched the EPC for 1097455-01-B and it didn't come up with anything. Definitely looks like a tesla part number, perhaps your SC can look it up

It's just not a part from a Tesla; it's too course. Looks like it's made in India.

The big chip seems to be by SK Electronics.

Took it in, it was a part of the Tesla.. My windshield was just recently replaced, they said it's a part of the windshield. Maybe the camera? Who knows.

The main chip is a NXP Microcontroller, the manufacturer website lists the target applications as 'Motor control' or 'Motion Control'.
It looks like someone has broken it off though, I'd be checking to see the heater/cooling is still working ok, it might be for the motor control of the temperature blend doors for the HVAC.
