Does my MYLR VIN indicate a new build?

Hi.

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I’m not really sure what thread to post this in. I placed my MYLR order in June and just got my VIN today. How can I tell if my VIN ending in 2546XX is a new build or has been declined by previous order holders for whatever reason?

It's new compared to other recent VINs. I got an August build recently and my VIN is 244xxx.
