Are any of you looking to offload a 2017 or newer model s instead of trading in? Have been in the market for one but can’t seem to find anything reasonable.
Tesla's trade-in estimate on 12/18: $33,000-$36,600. Actual trade-in offer on 12/28: $27,100.
Carmax actual offer on 12/26: $28,500.
Carvana actual offer on 12/28: $29,259.
I'm picking up my new 2023 Model Y in blue in 4 days (on 2-13-23) brand new from Tesla Service Center in Plano and I'm driving it directly to a Carmax dealer (McKinney) to have it appraised. I am just curious what they will value my car at. I most definitely will not be selling my car to them.
