Dripping discharge tube still an issue on new battery packs?

2012 P85 here. Received new 2022 build HV replacement battery recently thru my local Tesla Service Center. As you can see from the attached pic, condensate discharge tube still set to drip on the new pack. Should I do DIY diversion or have new packs addressed this issue?

I would definitely do a DIY. How can it ever make sense to have a constant drip of water onto a HV battery pack?
