DRL's always on?

Is there a setting to keep DRL's on whenever you are driving? Don't live where they are required but want them on whenever driving. I know I can keep headlights on and dRL's will be on but I want DRL's without headlights during the day.

They are always on during the day unless you put the car into range mode.

There is a thread here somewhere that someone complained that they were
turning off after 4 minutes of "on time." (Not in Range Mode)
They were told it was normal - I do not think it is normal.
I think mine are on all of the time while I am driving.

The next best substitute would be to turn on your parking lights.
They are the same as DRL with the possible addition of some tail lights...

hey Shawn, you still in fla? if not weather has been so/so..but a lot warmer than up north ..I was just in Chicago. I forwarded your response to a friend struggling with the yellow ring about the ultra light fix for the yellow rim..is yours still "fixed"?

Hi Jersey,

I left Florida in mid-February, just in time to drive through the torrential downpour in Atlanta.
I am chilling in Tucson now before medical stuff next week.

The UV treatment I received in Indianapolis has worked wonders for my screen.
It is still good and shows no signs of returning to yellow.

I tested this out yesterday and my DRL's are always on. For the first few minutes of my drive, the normal lights are on and its indicated in the display as well. Beyond that point, the DRL's stayed on for the duration of my commute.
