If this trend continues then maybe the methanol pathway will win over the ammonia pathway for marine diesel. This happens be another (?) 20MW lift vessel

some thanks JohnKempReuters

this one is interesting - personally I am alert for the possibility that wind/solar cost reductions will level off at some point

Offshore charge hub

Note that although it will be powerful enough to charge ship batteries, this will also be able to provide power to ships that would be idling offshore when previously they could only get shore power.

Can you please post these in applicable threads. There's already threads for wind, solar and other energy sectors.

Earlier this month, China’s Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) reactor eclipsed previous records by sustaining a high plasma temperature for minutes (1,056 seconds). It reached two milestones: a one-million-ampere current and a 1,000-second duration 100-million-degree temperature (that is five times hotter than the sun).
