Entertainment button greyed out

Recently purchased a 2017 Model X 100D from Tesla with MCU 1.0 and the entertainment button is completely greyed out. I initially thought that MCU 1.0 doesn't have any entertainment apps, but from what I've been reading it should. Do I need to enable something to have the apps downloaded?

You should at least have the games ..however I wouldn’t be surprised if Tesla removed some features related to premium connectivity which takes away the games only Tesla can answer for you ...mcu1 will not have Netflix etc

Car currently shows 'Premium Connectivity Free Unlimited' on my tesla.com account. Not expecting to have cuphead/fallout/netflix/hulu/etc as I know those are tied to MCU 2.0.

What the...its no longer grey. Literally the only thing I did between parking the car and writing this post was doing the model xmas dance for the first time. That's it.

I now have games. Bizarre.

The icon is grey when driving and available when parked. Is it possible you attempted to access after you drove somewhere and simply were in a “hold” state when stopped instead of parked?

This happens to me all the time when we stop to charge (in park, plugged in). The "menu" button on the bottom of the screen does nothing when clicked. Rebooting fixes it. '16 S with MC2 upgrade and FSD 'puter.
