MCU2 display failure

Hello and a happy new year from germany.

I have a problem with my Instrument cluster and my MCU2 . When I go to the car and drive off everything works normally. At some point, always at different times, the graphic error starts to show up and the Instrument Cluster restart/reboot. This then also affects the MCU2, which also displays the same symptoms sooner or later. Has anyone of you ever had this?


My Tesla is a MX 100D from 6/2018 with 73000 Miles.

Hello. Today I started an attempt. I completely dismantled MCU 2. I suspect it's a hot problem. I redid the thermal paste and also applied thermal pads. Now the Tesla has to be put back together again. And if that doesn't help now. A new MCU2 is ordered from Tesla.
