EU - Best Broker for Buy And Hold Strategy

Hello,

I have a feeling that my current broker is slowly ripping me off by countless small fees.

I am not an active trader and I have a very simple investing strategy:

• Buy Tesla shares irregularly (from time to time)
• Hold them until $5000 per share

Since I am living in EU, do you have a recommendation for a very cheap broker who support such strategy?
What I am looking for:

• small fees or no fees for each trade
• small fees or no fees for bedding (demurrage) - I don't know a terminology -> a fee that you have to pay to broker for keeping records of which shares you own and where.
• small yearly membership fee ...
