Extremely Loud Noise from '17 MX

I've searched around but haven't really seen anyone else with this unusual sound. It's a very loud almost grinding sound when the vehicle is turned on (and parked) & accelerating on a drive (mostly when starting a new drive). Anyone know what this could be?

Attached sound - I start in the drivers seat & get out the car and walk to the front.

might be condenser fan or ac compressor...
was ac/cabin heat on? try turning it off n see if sound changes.

Is there any chance something got in by your front louvers and those cooling fans are hitting it? Wouldn't know why they would be on all the time though. But it does sound like something rotating hitting something not rotating. I know that isn't very helpful! It certainly makes me nervous enough that I would make a service request out of it. It doesn't sound too good, to say that another way. But I guess you knew that.

fyi, X only has one louver in the middle
it could be failing coolant pump, didn't think it can make such noise but maybe its just mic amplifying things...
best way to drop the undershield, you'll see both fan n pump n can see whats happening.
there's total 4 pumps with 2 easily accessible n 2 not...
