Eye lash in clear coat on delivery

I took delivery of my midrange model 3 last week. (White,19,Black) On delivery I noticed an eyelash in the clear coat near the driver door handle. Also, there is a whiteish pink smudge in the driver door jam, and a white smudge right on the middle my black door panel. What do you guys think? Could this thing have been repainted? Only had 5 miles when I picked it up?
Tesla store claims their “detailer” can get it out... please advise.

Looks like minor things that are easily correctable.

Not sure on the hair but I'll let the rest comes off with a little polish.
