Face Lift With Hood

I searched but couldn't find thread, so sorry if this is a repeat.

We just got my wife an X, so I've inherited her 2015 S. I've already bought a OEM 2017 front bumper and the unplugged carbon fiber grill, but was wondering if anyone has switched out the hoods? I like the sleeker look of the 2016+ hoods, but not sure if its a bolt on switch.
