Falcon doors won't open

My Tesla x 2019 falcon doors won't open. This is after 2 days with the "low voltage battery alert for service" showed up. . Is the problem because the battery doesn't have enough charge left?

My guess is that the 12 volt battery is weak and probably should be replaced.

yeah, it's your 12v . not related to 'amount of charge available' but due to 12v battery non functioning

The 400 V traction battery is probably fine. Your 12 volt battery is in trouble. You should open a ticket immediately, Tesla considers 12V battery a rapid response item, typically responding with mobile service in 24 hours or less (assuming they have one). Reason is, it is a relatively simple fix. But if it is neglected, it means your car will have to be towed. Which costs Tesla $$$.
