Falcon wing door rubber corner hinge cover -popping when closing

Does any one know the part number for this rubber corner hinge cover. It’s making a popping sound when the driver side falcon wing door closes. Tesla service wants $140 to do a sound diagnostic but I just want to try and replace the part myself.

We have a '23 MX that has this happening on one FWD. They had the door apart to fix the sensor after purchase and it now makes a popping noise. My guess is the part is fine just needs to be aligned properly...might involve taking off some of the door panels.
