Weight is about 26-27 lb with inserts.
I don’t see offset marked on it, but believe it is 40 mm. According to product listings, 40 mm is the only offset for 5x114.3 bolt pattern and 64.1 center bore.
There is something funky with the hub on the Model 3 Performance where there is an extra lip, but there appears to be a step in the hub bore on the wheel that would accommodate this lip.
