did the MPP comfort have a more comfortable/compliant ride than Koni? I have yellow on MY and I wouldn’t say it is that much more comfortable than stock although it is more controlled.

I'm hoping I don't rub on 255/45/20 tires. Someone on the previous page said 265/35/20 rubbed and mine are slightly bigger diameter. Somehow your photo it looks like the wheel gap is a bit bigger than some of the rest of us.

How did you decide on 18 and 25 mm spacers? I'm going to try 15 and 20 mm (23 MYLR7). I tried measuring but tricky to line up exactly which part of the wheel well to measure against.

To be honest I'm not crazy about how they look without covers - part of the reason for powdercoating is just to make them look good enough to use without the covers. Then on top of the efficiency benefit I have the option to change the look by switching from original cover, to aftermarket cover...

I'm sure metal will hurt, but the typical damage is from plastic parts of the cover though.

There are tons of posts of damage to the original finish by the Gemini wheel covers, either at the clips or at the outer edge. The original is probably a painted finish which would be easy to damage. Does anyone have powdercoated wheels that have held up better to take the covers on and off?

@EasterEgg @RoBoRaT have you put the wheel covers back on after the powdercoating? I wonder if they still scratch the wheels or if the powdercoating helps protect the finish.

Anyone have them coated interesting colors to show off? Looking for ideas. Mostly interested in polished or satin bronze or gold or some shade of gray.

Thanks, good to know. I'll try 20mm spacers. These tires are larger diameter than stock so hopefully will still be fine. I like my wheels and don't need new ones, they would have to be 10 or 10.5" wide plus lower offset to be flush. At stock height they looked good, but lowering pushed it in a lot.

I’m currently using the 5 seater mat on a 7 seater and it just free floats because it’s not an exact fit. when I had it on a 5 seater I don’t remember. I think the edge just fit the corner gap between the seat cushion and base. don’t remember if it pushes in to any extent.

Correct there is some parts wrapping around the seat base which is just enough to block under seat trays in the front. The trunk mat is not worth it. I bought it used and sold it again in favor of a plain hard plastic trunk mat. It just does not stay in place well.
