First Road Trip Seattle to Bemidji MN

If not too many fires we will drive our Model 3 (base model) from Seattle to N. Minn late July 23. I'd like to take Highway 1 thru Canada to Winnipeg and then south to Bemidji. Anyone done this? Easier route for charging is thru Montana on Interstate but would like to explore Canada. Any pros or cons to either route? Thanks in advance!
