Flat tire warning won’t go away

Sorry if already posted, I tried the search but didn’t find the answer. This morning I found that one of my tires is flat. Lifted the car, removed the wheel, removed the screw, patched it, put it back and inflated to 42 psi, far so good. Took the car for a test drive, the TPMS shows 42 psi pressure but there is this annoying black and red warning message below the car image that the tire is deflated and I have to pull over safely. I tried to dismiss the message with no luck. Best I can do is to minimize the warning by swiping it to the left but it stays on the screen as a warning sign. Will it eventually go away on its own or do I have to reset it somehow? Thank you in advance!
