I purchased/delivered M3D on September 27 here in Vancouver.
I signed the 2 year free super charging that day but till today, it doesn't reflect to our account. I tried to follow-up with Tesla, but each person pushes the issue to another and no one have looked after the issue or get back to me on it. Anyone experiencing that?
Secondly, there was a defect in one of the interior panel. I reported it right away and a rep acknowledged the issue via email and said will be replaced. Since then, same issue, I get passed to delivery and then service and no one have responded since.
I'm not sure who to get to for even a proper reply and what the process is for both issues. Can anyone offer me some suggestions?
