I understand that you do not want to use the SC (150/250) as your primary method of charging as that causes more/faster battery degradation. But what about 50kW (e.g. EVGo)? Is that less bad, or just as bad on the battery? Does the stress on the battery increase with charging speed, or is DC charging the source of the "stress"?

Perhaps you might be interested in the information on the battery university website, where they have studied batteries, charging, temperature, etc?

The rule of thumb I have heard is that as long as the charge rate is less than the battery size there are no issues. So in the case of a 50 kW rate, as long as the car battery is greater than 50 kWh you will be fine.
