Read the 1000 other threads discussing this rather than starting yet another..I now own a 2023 MY, but I don’t have a functional front or rear parking assist feature. Does any one know if this feature will be added to the 2023 MY? It’s my first car that I have bought in 10 years that did not have it - thanks

Tesla said they will implement the park assist feature through the cameras. But they did not give a timeline. Their website says it will be coming in all cars sold without the ultrasonic sensors, so your 2023 is in.I now own a 2023 MY, but I don’t have a functional front or rear parking assist feature. Nobody in Norway got that, nor did United Kingdom as far as I know.Everyone had to acknowledge this prior to proceeding with order.

Mine was similar but said that it would be available "in the coming weeks". This was in November. Also, if you don't proceed with Delivery the order is cancelled and they don't refund your deposit even though the Purchase agreement indicates you can get your deposit back if they remove a feature.Everyone had to acknowledge this prior to proceeding with order.

California, Nov delivery, can confirm that I didn't get this notice nor were notified during pickup. I was just active on the forum and had to physically check if there were sensors on the car...Everyone had to acknowledge this prior to proceeding with order.

Order fee is not the same as deposit. The order fee not being refundable is something you were well aware of. Other automakers take non-refundable order fees too (and change vehicles options prior to contract execution).Mine was similar but said that it would be available "in the coming weeks". NOT ME. mine did not show..You guys probably didn't pay close attention and skipped over the last sentence. I didn't make up the screen capture. It is widely confirmed on the internet and twitter that everyone had to acknowledge this button.
I didn't get this notice when I ordered mine.Everyone had to acknowledge this prior to proceeding with order.

Well yeah, why would they have to disclose the absence of something they aren't claiming to include?I think you only had to acknowledge it if you ordered back when it was stated as included, and not if you ordered recently. Don't know the cut off but I for sure didn't see that notice as I screenshotted every step I agreed to.
Here is the exact line from the order agreement “Order fee is not the same as deposit. The order fee not being refundable is something you were well aware of. Other automakers take non-refundable order fees too (and change vehicles options prior to contract execution).
