Front control arm assembly Left & Right replacement

My Model 3 LR has 39000Km from 2019 and yesterday the whole front started to make horrible sounds when I drive and turn.
So filmed it, and made a service appointment.
They will replace the front CTRL ARM ASSY left and right..

My question is : Is this under warranty or do I have to pay for this?

On the app I have to agree and then they will deicide if it falls under warranty!?

Is this the way Tesla works?

I had both of my front replaced in the past 12 months. Driver side started making the sound around 30k some miles and front passenger side around 48k miles. Both were replaced under warranty. They do replace them as far as I know. I was glad the second one went out before I hit 50k miles.
