Front curb sensors

My front curb sensor seems to now only alert to > 6 inches I thought before it would find the curb when parking?

I did find the answer the front does not have the same level of sensors as the side sensors and most "outside" front sensor. So if you drive in straight it will not sense a < 6 inch curb height obstacle. However when you are not 90 degrees to the < 6 inch obstacle it will sense with the lateral sensors. So that's why it's intermittent per Tesla service does that seem correct?
