So you think aftermarket suppliers would have access to wind tunnels, and fluid dynamic computations to make the car have less drag? Probably not.
You don't need a wind tunnel with CFD, btw its computational fluid dynamics.

That said, on point all those wings, winglets, foils, lips add drag. Tesla's already spent tons of time tuning the aero on these cars and so generally speaking anything aftermarket you add is gonna have a negative aero effect. But ppl will do it just for the visuals. And then there's racing where appropriate use of downforce is wanted.
