Front window grease from window regulator

Since delivery 2019 model 3 drivers window has lubrication grease in two apparent roller places that appears over full up and down...that has diminished over years as I wipe from that window...now smell of that lubrication forces me to keep windows open to prevent headache...tesla service non responsive...any suggestions would be appreciated as if I remove panel looking for problem suspect they might refuse repair suggesting my removal causes that or another problem...thanks
