Full coverage Floor Mats

I bought a set of Tuxmats off of Amazon for the Highland, but I got a refund today because they couldn't deliver. I'm hoping it's just a delay because I love their product. But I'm wondering if anyone has tried the other brands out there that have the added coverage on the sills and the sides like the Tuxmats do. I don't want rubber mats but I want them to be waterproof, etc. Pretty much the 3D maxspider material with more coverage. Any information would be helpful. I hate using the OEM factory ones
