Full Replacement Value for a Totalled Model S?

With the recent price increases, many of us realize it'd cost a lot more today to replace and identical Model S. If one was "totaled" in an accident, it's very unclear to me how the settlement would be calculated. The depreciation based on the car's mileage, as compared to an ICE? (Any insurance adjusters out there?) Is there a way to get full replacement coverage on a Model S? I know Geico does not offer this.

Has anyone had the misfortune of having your car totaled?

I took at depreciation hit of a few thousand $$. And then there were price increases.

A demand letter was sent to the other party's insurance company. Their response was a joke.

Lawsuit filed last friday.
