Full self drive FSD

Is this enough to confirm a car does in fact have FSD from a third party dealer? The photo shows:
Under autopilot
it has autopilot(beta)
navigate on autopilot(beta)
FSD visual preview
and summon(beta)
All with blue like they are enabled? Or is this definitely not enough info?

They are not willing to help with calling Tesla/ prior owner. It is a MY 2020 long range model x

The items you list do show the car currently has FSD enabled. What is not clear is the line of title to the FSD features. If the dealer purchased the car from Tesla, then Tesla often removes FSD before selling to the dealer. FSD is often not actually removed until after the dealer has sold the car.

Its easy enough to fix with clear statements in your bill of sale to ensure the dealer is responsible if FSD disappears.
