Garage door with maximum opening width

My current garage door opening width is 7’ 4’’ which is a bit too tight for my MX (need to fold the side mirrors and even then just have 2-3’’ room each side). I heard there is a door without external frame which can potentially shave off a few inches and increase the opening width. I think if I can open up 3 inches more on each side, it could be worth an investment (likely cant open further due to structure). Curious if anyone has heard/installed this type of a door to maximize the opening width. Thanks much!
