Gen2 on board charger replacement and programming

Hello everybody,

In 2018 I purchased an used 2014 p85. I had lots of issues with rattling noise, tail lights, leaking screen, dying emmc, door handles... And then in 2019 my high voltage junction box failed. I did replaced it at tesla for a decent amount. Now my on board charger failed and I decided to start saving some money on these costly repairs. So I am looking to buy one on board master charger gen2 on ebay by a verified reseller, but I heard that I need to:

Step 1: Replace the master charger (an electrician told me he can do) and refill the coolant.

Step 2: Program the software to make the new on board charger work with the car.

Step 2 worries me as I don't know anyone who can do that.

My question is adressed to those among you who have experienced similar problem and fixed it with a independent tesla programmer.

How did it work since then and do you have anyone to recommend for the job?

Thank you in advance
