I just got my new 2023 Model Y LR earlier this month. White on White. I purchased new wheels, APEX VS-5RS 19” (same size as the factory Gemini wheels). I’ll be getting the wheels installed in about 2 weeks. Here is a picture of what the car will look like:
Next week I will be getting the Calipers painted. It’s not cheap, but the place who is doing it regularly works on very high end cars and gets excellent reviews, so I’m confident it will come out good.
The big question here is what color to get the calipers painted? I feel like red is so played out with Teslas, and I’m not trying to make my car look like the performance model, so I want something different. I think white (with black Tesla lettering) would actually look really good, but I’m afraid I’ll be sorry if I get white as they will always look dirty.
Any ideas or suggestions?
